RETURNS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and body-care products cannot be returned or resold.

Eligible unopened products may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact HER TURN before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing the situation, HER TURN may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or another circumstance determined by HER TURN.

HER TURN cannot guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual's skin.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Products identified as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.
